San Francisco On Film

You might be extremely sick of seeing/hearing about San Francisco, but despite being there for only a very brief amount of time, I was desperate to document this once in a lifetime trip as much as possible. Not only was it my first ever official business trip, it was the first time I was travelling for business for my OWN business, and it was my second time meeting my best friend/business colleague in person. I don't like to boast, or brag at all, and you won't find me doing it often, but sometimes I do need to remind myself that what we've achieve so far with Atlas is already more than many people my age have accomplished. We have so much more to do, and so much further to go, but the fact that Megan and I were flown out to San Francisco to take part in an exciting conference thanks to issuu.com still blows my mind.

These images were all taken on my Nikon FM3, a camera which I love, but also which can intimidate me at time. My lack of experience with film photography can hold me back and stop me from using it. In an attempt to get more confident with it, I've been leaving the house (or in this case, my hotel) with just my film camera on tow. It's proven to be very effective, and I'm becoming more and more confident in myself and the way I use this camera... (so much so that I'm finding myself googling/researching what analogue camera I'd like to purchase next... but hello expensive-ness!). I'd love to know your thoughts on these images. Do you shoot a lot on film? What's your favourite camera to shoot with?
