The Easiest and Quickest Healthy Cookies

Everyone loves cookies. It's just a fact of nature. But how can you make cookies better? By making them the easiest and quickest healthy cookies that you can make. Simple, clean and yummy... what more could you want? :)

All you need for these are: 2 bananas, 2 cups of oats, and 1 egg. Just these ingredients together make for yummy cookies! I like to then take it from there and add what ever else I like to the mix.

Heres how it's done:Mash up your bananas until they're really gooey (like baby food).Add your two cups of oats.Add your egg (already beaten) to the mixture.Stir them up!

This is where you can get creative. I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extra, 2 teaspoons of stevia and a teaspoon of cinnamon to the entire mix. That just added a bit of flavour. But you could totally go nuts and add plenty of other things like: honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup, crushed almonds, crushed cashews, cacao nibs, dates, raisins... the list is endless!I then separated the mixtures into three different bowls and in one, put in a teaspoon of cacao, in another I added a tablespoon of almond butter, and in the last one, half a cup of dark chocolate chips! I just like having variation. :)

Cook these little beauties in an oven set at 180°C for 9-12 minutes, or until they're turning golden :)
